A monolith sculpted with rigid geometric shapes.

The Onyx residence consists of four floors above ground, for a total of 9 apartments. The building was designed and conceived while taking the surrounding context into consideration and respecting the neighbourhood.

The project comes to life from the potential of the land and its buildability index, which define its shape, by maximizing the volume of the building and of the built-up area.

The model floorplan is applied to all the storeys of the building, thus lending flexibility to the internal partition and by considering the costs.

The language of the façade lends dynamism to the architecture by means of a play of solids and voids given by the respective openings. The covering recalls the onyx stone: a black shade that emits glares and nuances.
